Greetings gamers!

Magic LANs next event has just been scheduled for Saturday, February 18th! Registration is open, however the seating chart is still giving us errors. I've contacted the developer about a fix, but until then you can send me a PM with your seat request and I'll manually assign it.

Our rough plans for this event include LAN favorites The Ship and Magicka. It's been years since we've run a tournament for The Ship, but we've had renewed interest since a bunch of gift copies became available on Steam during the winter sale. I've been given about 18 of the gift passes, so copies ought to be readily available for the attendees that need it.

Magicka should be owned by just about everyone already, seeing as how the awesome people at Arrowhead supplied us with enough copies for every attendee of our October Overnight event. We want to return the love and run a tournament of some kind, but we haven't worked out the details. And I do still have a small number of keys for new faces that don't have it yet.

Aside from that, take a look at the various forum threads for more game discussions. I think lots of us have new games from the holidays that we'll want to break in.

I've posted the event to Facebook and Google+, and this event will allow first time attendees to get in free, so share it out and get your buddies to join you! I've got a reminder event set for our Steam community too so everyone knows to get their games updated in time.
